Dr. Edward Ruzga (Dr. Ed) is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, U.S. Army veteran, and former West Point football player whose life has been shaped by service, leadership, and a lifelong connection to chiropractic. Raised between his father’s chiropractic office and the sports field, he developed an early appreciation for the body’s resilience and the impact of natural healing. After graduating from the United States Military Academy and serving as a Field Artillery Officer with leadership roles from the Company to Task Force level, he discovered his greatest fulfillment came from helping others through physical and personal challenges. Inspired by his late father and his sister - both Palmer chiropractors - combined with years of firsthand experience in athletics, military performance, and holistic health, Dr. Ed is committed to delivering evidence-informed, patient-centered chiropractic care that restores function, supports resilience, and helps people live healthier, more fulfilling lives
